Our Almond Vanilla Biscotti is a family favorite. We mix in small batches pasture raised eggs from a local farm (you can see it from the nice yellow color of the biscotti!), with organic sugar, a tiny amount of oil to and baking powder for lightness then add vanilla extract, organic flour and whole almonds. We divide the dough in logs and bake them a first time. Then are hand cut and transfer back in the oven to ensure a good crunch and a freshness that lasts for weeks.
We enjoy them as a snack with coffee or tea, as a light dessert after dinner and with sweet wine for special occasion.
They are dairy-free, preservative-free and made with only natural ingredients. Store in a cool dry place.
